Free the Work

FREE THE WORK started as Free the Bid, a nonprofit founded by director Alma Har’el to connect entertainment industry employees tasked with hiring the crew on commercial shoots with underrepresented talent to fill those roles. I worked with Har’el’s team and contracted digital product agency Heat Waves to expand that nonprofit website into a platform for both B2B users (for hiring) and creatives (for getting hired, networking, and building their skills). I worked on brand strategy, content strategy, and UX copy in order to build an experience used by 10K+ B2B users, 14K+ creatives and counting.
